Wisp1.0

The final version of this game is still lacking polish but this has been a fun project to work on.

in this release:

- complete level redesign

- fixed the glitchy jump mechanics

- introduced moving platforms

- tweeked the audio

- added a UI 

- added animations that react to how many lights have been collected
